AI-Enabled EWA Cloud

From sensor data to decisions — automatically

No time to watch dashboards? The AI-enabled EWA Cloud reads your asset data continuously and tells you what matters in plain language — what's healthy, what's changing, and what to do.

Scheduled Health Digests

A daily, weekly, or monthly email with a one-line summary of all your assets, per-asset health assessments with trends, and recommended actions. If AI is ever unavailable, a statistics-only digest is sent instead.

AI Alarm Recommendations

Real alarms arrive with a plain-language statement, probable cause, and recommended action — plus event history ("4th event in 30 days · worsening trend") and a confidence level. Alarm delivery is never delayed.

AI Root-Cause Investigation

A staged pipeline — audit, investigate, history, correlate, prognosis, report — produces ranked hypotheses with supporting evidence, failure projections, and an exportable PDF. Confirmed causes feed back to improve accuracy.

Grounded, Private & Fail-Safe

Every recommendation is grounded in EWA's root-cause knowledge base — fault signatures, machine physics, ISO 20816 guidance — never generic AI advice. Only statistical summaries leave your system, and every AI feature degrades gracefully.

EWA Cloud Agent

Your Plug-and-Play Bridge to EWA Cloud

Mount it, connect your sensors, and readings begin uploading automatically — minimal configuration required. Data travels encrypted with MQTT-SSL over Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or 4G LTE where no wired network reaches.

Agent Gateway M1s

Processor: Rockchip RK3566, Quad-Core Cortex-A55 @ 1.8GHz
Memory: 4GB LPDDR4
Storage: 64GB eMMC
Network: Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi Dongle (Optional), 4G LTE Dongle (Optional)
Features: Data collection and cloud upload
Installation: Plug-and-play with pre-installed Agent

EWA Agent (On-Premises)

Local Data Collection & Trending

Deploy EWA Sensors on local infrastructure with complete operational control. The EWA Agent provides real-time data collection, historical trending, and visualization — without requiring cloud connectivity.

Agent Features

  • Modbus Protocol Support: Full support for Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU for read/write operations
  • Remote Firmware Updates: Update sensor firmware remotely through the web interface
  • MQTT Integration: Built-in MQTT broker and client for seamless system integration
  • Local Trending: Store and visualize historical data locally (M2 Gateway)
  • Web Interface: User-friendly web-based monitoring and configuration

Agent Gateway M2

Processor: Rockchip RK3588S2, Quad-Core Cortex-A76 @ 2.3GHz
Memory: 8GB LPDDR5
Storage: 64GB eMMC
Network: Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi Dongle (Optional), 4G LTE Dongle (Optional)
Features: Full Agent functionality with local trending
Installation: Plug-and-play with pre-installed Agent

Agent Capacity

Modbus addressing allows up to 247 EWA Sensors per segment (1/8 unit load per device); practical capacity is set by the read interval. The Agent polls sensors sequentially to ensure reliable communication:

  • 5-second interval: 10 sensors per segment
  • 10-second interval: 20 sensors per segment
  • 30–60-second interval: up to 32 sensors per segment

EWA Portable Agent

Condition Monitoring That Travels With You

For teams checking the same machines across different sites on a schedule. The sensor goes with you, nothing stays installed — load each site's saved baseline into the sensor, run a timed session, then save the updated baseline before you leave, so every visit is directly comparable to the last.

  • Named Locations: Manage each site with its own asset list and saved sensor baseline
  • Upload Baseline: Restore a location's saved sensor settings on arrival — ready to measure in minutes
  • Download Baseline: Capture the current sensor settings and save them as that location's baseline
  • One-Tap Operation: Start and stop the agent manually, with an optional auto-stop timer — from 15 minutes, or run until stopped
Portable Agent — named locations with saved baselines and auto-stop timer
Portable Agent — upload or download baselines and start the agent per location
Portable Agent — live machine health during a site visit
