EWA Sensor Model E1

Advanced Condition Monitoring Sensor

The EWA Sensor Model E1 is designed for Real-Time Health Monitoring of rotating machinery, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes, in both dry and submerged installations.

3D Vibration Measurement: Three individual ADXL1002 MEMS sensors from Analog Devices with linear frequency response from DC to 16 kHz
3D Magnetic Field Sensing: Advanced coil design for higher sensitivity and lower noise compared to Hall sensors
Precision Temperature: I²C TMP1075 sensor with 0.0625°C resolution and ±0.25°C accuracy (-55°C to +125°C)
On-Edge Processing: 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 core performs all analytics inside the sensor
Industrial Design: Stainless steel housing, IP68 sealed, Ø56mm × 14mm
